Passive Houses make efficient use of the sun, internal heat sources and heat recovery, rendering conventional heating systems unnecessary throughout even the coldest of winters. During warmer months, Passive Houses make use of passive cooling techniques such as strategic shading to keep comfortably cool.

February 2025: 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th February, 1-3pm

March 2025: 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th March, 1-3pm

Mode: Online (4 x 2hr workshops and 15hrs self-study)

Mode: Online (x4 sessions +  2 hr exam)

Supervisory or management level

  • Passivhaus retrofit delivery
    Course dates: 19th, 22nd, 26th, 29th Nov 2024
    Time: 9am – 12pm
    Mode: online (4 x 3hr sessions)

Cost: Fully funded

Advanced course, prior knowledge of Passivhaus principles required
